A set comprising a houmongi (formal visit kimono) and a fukuro obi, tailored by Yamato. The kimono features an ombre-dyed ground in burgundy and coral pink, decorated with delicate shibori tsujigahana and kinsai (gold decoration) work on an all-over shibori ground with a woven pattern. The matching fukuro obi is an artist's work with shibori tsujigahana woven in gold thread on a silver-shot ground.
