Free worldwide shipping

Shipping is included in the price of every item. There are no separate shipping charges at checkout — the price you see is the price you pay.

Every order is sent from Japan by DHL, tracked, and carefully packed. We pack for the journey these objects deserve: cushioned, protected against moisture where needed, and boxed to survive an international trip.

Delivery times (estimates)

Dispatch: most orders leave Japan within 5 business days.
Delivery: 3 to 7 business days once dispatched.
In total, 8 to 12 business days from order to arrival.

These are guides, not guarantees — customs can add time. Occasionally a piece takes longer than expected to reach us before it can travel on, and dispatch runs later than five business days. When that happens we write to you with a new date rather than leave you waiting. You will receive a tracking number when your parcel leaves Japan.

Where we ship

We ship to most of Europe, North America, Asia, the Middle East and Oceania. We currently do not ship to South America or Africa. If your country is not available at checkout, it is outside our current shipping range.

Customs, duties & import taxes

Import duties and taxes are set by your own country and are the buyer's responsibility. They are not included in the item price and are not collected by us. We declare every parcel accurately; we do not under-declare value, which is also what keeps your parcel properly covered in transit. If you are unsure what your country charges, ask us before you order.
