Free worldwide shipping
Shipping is included in the price of every item. There are no separate shipping charges at checkout — the price you see is the price you pay.
Every order is sent from Japan, tracked, and carefully packed. We pack for the journey these objects deserve: cushioned, protected against moisture where needed, and boxed to survive an international trip.
Delivery times (estimates)
- Europe: typically 5–12 days
- North America: typically 6–14 days
- Asia & Oceania: typically 4–10 days
- Rest of served regions: typically 7–20 days
These are guides, not guarantees — customs and local post can add time. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your parcel leaves Japan.
Where we ship
We ship to most of Europe, North America, Asia, the Middle East and Oceania. We currently do not ship to South America, Africa, or within Japan. If your country is not available at checkout, it is outside our current shipping range.
Customs, duties & import taxes
Import duties and taxes are set by your own country and are the buyer's responsibility. They are not included in the item price and are not collected by us. We declare every parcel accurately; we do not under-declare value, which is also what keeps your parcel properly covered in transit. If you are unsure what your country charges, ask us before you order.
