These terms apply to purchases made at kurafinds.com ("Kura Finds", "we", "us"). By placing an order you agree to them. Nothing in these terms limits the mandatory consumer rights of the country you live in.

Who we are

Kura Finds is an online shop operated from Japan, selling Japanese craft, antiques and vintage goods. Contact: hello@kurafinds.com or via our contact page.

Products

Most items are vintage or antique and one of a kind. Age-related wear, patina and signs of use are inherent to such goods and are described and photographed as accurately as we can. The item you receive is the exact item pictured unless stated otherwise.

Orders and payment

Prices are shown in euros (EUR) and include shipping. Payment is taken at checkout through the payment methods offered there. An order is accepted when we confirm it by email. We may cancel and fully refund an order if an item is found to be unavailable or was listed in error.

Shipping

Every order ships from Japan, tracked. Delivery estimates and served countries are set out in our Shipping Policy. Import duties and taxes charged by the destination country are the buyer's responsibility.

Returns and refunds

You may return an item for any reason within 14 days of delivery. Details and process are set out in our Refund Policy.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim connected to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. This does not exclude liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Intellectual property

The content of this site (text, images, branding) may not be reproduced for commercial purposes without our permission.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live, and you may bring proceedings in your own country where the law allows.
