Shipping policy

Free tracked shipping worldwide. Shipping is included in every price — there are no separate shipping charges at checkout.

Every order ships from Japan by DHL, carefully packed. You receive a tracking number when the parcel leaves Japan.
Dispatch: most orders leave Japan within 5 business days. Delivery: 3 to 7 business days once dispatched. In total, 8 to 12 business days from order to arrival. Customs can add time. Occasionally a piece takes longer than expected to reach us before it can travel on, and dispatch runs later than five business days. When that happens we write to you with a new date rather than leave you waiting.
We ship to most of Europe, North America, Asia, the Middle East and Oceania. We do not currently ship to South America or Africa.
Import duties and taxes are set by the destination country and are the buyer's responsibility. We declare every parcel accurately.
