Shipping policy

Free tracked shipping worldwide. Shipping is included in every price — there are no separate shipping charges at checkout.

Every order ships from Japan, tracked and carefully packed. You receive a tracking number as soon as the parcel leaves Japan.
Estimated delivery: Europe 5–12 days, North America 6–14 days, Asia & Oceania 4–10 days, other served regions 7–20 days. Customs and local post can add time.
We ship to most of Europe, North America, Asia, the Middle East and Oceania. We do not currently ship to South America, Africa, or within Japan.
Import duties and taxes are set by the destination country and are the buyer's responsibility. We declare every parcel accurately.
