Refund policy

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, for any reason.

• Contact us first (reply to your order confirmation or via the contact page); we confirm the return address in Japan within 1–2 business days.
• Items must be returned tracked, in the same condition as received, within 14 days of notifying us.
• Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the return is due to our error (wrong or misdescribed item, or damage in transit) — then we cover it.
• Refunds are issued in full to the original payment method within 14 days of the return reaching us.
• If an item arrives damaged or does not arrive, contact us within 7 days of (expected) delivery with photos and we will provide a repair, full refund, or replacement where possible.
