This is a replacement lid only for a Nambu tetsubin (iron kettle), made by Ryubundo. The copper lid features a moonlit cherry blossom (gekka sakura) motif and a flower-shaped knob. The maker's mark is inscribed on the piece. It is well suited for those who have lost the original lid of a compatible kettle.
It is intended for use with sencha and tea ceremony kettles. Please check the size against your own kettle before purchasing.
