An irotomesode formal silk kimono crafted by Takitai, a kimono maker from Niigata. It features embroidered wave and mist (kasumi) motifs with shibori tie-dye work on a navy ground, and bears the maker's signature (rakkan). This awase (lined) kimono carries a single stitched crest (hitotsu-mon) and can be worn by both married and unmarried women. It is suited to wedding receptions, ceremonies, parties, and formal tea gatherings, and is best worn from October to May.

Condition: Yake (fading) in places on the outer fabric, a stain near the waist on the uwamae (upper front), a faint stain on the back body panel, and a stain on the collar lining. It has a single stitched crest and no hiyoku underlayer. In good condition as a reuse item and still fully usable.
