An elegant homongi (formal visiting kimono) crafted in pure silk with an awase (lined) construction. The light green ground is decorated with a plum branch and chrysanthemum motif accented by gold thread and kinsai (gold leaf application). Suitable for receptions, parties, formal ceremonies, and tea gatherings, it offers refined grace and dignity for special occasions. Recommended wearing season is October through May.

Construction: Awase (lined)
Condition: Grade B. There is fading in places on the outer fabric, staining around the collar and inside both sleeve openings, wrinkling in places on the outer fabric, and discoloration of the kinsai in places. There is also misalignment of the pattern from the front overlap to the back panel. The lining shows fading and wrinkling in places. In good condition as a reused item and still very usable.
