This is a furisode (long-sleeved formal kimono) made of pure silk, featuring karahana (stylized floral motifs) and butterflies. It is worked with gold thread embroidery and gold and silver foil combined with iridescent rainbow foil, giving an elegant yet composed impression.

The ground color is layered with multiple hues and patterns rather than a single tone. It combines a subdued orange and black with muted gold accents scattered across the surface like flurries of snow, overlaid with deep green willow-like linework throughout. Gold and iridescent rainbow foil are arranged to blend together across the garment.
