A men's cotton nagagi (long kimono) from the early Showa period, hand-stitched for everyday wear. The outer fabric features a subtle, dignified cotton stripe long associated with Japanese menswear, while the lining is a deep, calm solid blue, giving each side its own distinct character.
Although not tailored as reversible, both faces stand complete on their own, offering a sharp striped look or a minimal solid look depending on the day. It works well styled into contemporary outfits or repurposed as material for remake and handmade projects.
