Sailor fountain pen decorated with maki-e lacquer and raden mother-of-pearl inlay in the Sakura Nagare (flowing cherry blossom) design, fitted with a 21K gold nib. The pen bears an inscription noting it as a gift from the Prime Minister of Japan. It comes as a special commemorative presentation set together with an ink bottle and a notepad.
