Sailor Maki-e Fountain Pen Gaho Sakura Cherry Blossom 14K Nib AX-8876-00

A luxury Japanese fountain pen decorated with maki-e, Japan's celebrated traditional lacquer craft. Designs created by Higashiyama Gaho were elegantly rendered by maki-e artisans of Wajima. The cap depicts cherry blossoms and the barrel depicts cherry blossom petals in pale pink, expressing the joy of arriving spring. The pen features the Slip Seal Mechanism, which prevents ink from drying for up to two years, allowing confident use of pigment inks with high water and light resistance.
